“Planning to take my education further, the decision of applying overseas was a fairly simple decision.
The moments that followed that decision was what caused a dilemma. The multitude of opportunities available abroad can be overwhelming. Stuck with that state of mind, I was introduced to PPRO EED.
Since the first day, Ms Aditi has helped me understand where my expectations and abilities meet. Over a period of 7 months and constant interaction with Ms Aditi, I was able to develop the confidence to move forward and apply to Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa, Culinary Arts Institute (LCB Ottawa). From coordinating with the institute to compiling my CV and portfolio, I have received personal attention and guidance from Ms Aditi.
I have confirmed my enrolment at LCB Ottawa. The institute forms a part of one of the biggest culinary institutions worldwide. It is any culinary students dream to be a part of the Le Cordon Bleu network. I look forward a fulfilling education and career path ahead in life.
