The moments that followed that decision was what caused a dilemma. The multitude of opportunities available abroad can be overwhelming. Stuck with that state of mind, I was introduced to PPRO EED. Since the first day, Ms Aditi has helped me understand where my expectations and abilities meet. Over a period of 7 months and constant interaction with Ms Aditi, I was able to develop the confidence to move forward and apply to Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa, Culinary Arts Institute (LCB Ottawa).
